Park City is the best organized, best executed show we do. Set up and tear down work like clockwork. It is our best show of the year EVERY year. We cannot say enough good things about the Park City Kimball arts festival and are enormously grateful to be a part of it.
— 2022 Participating Artist

(The Kimball Arts Festival) provides us with the opportunity to be successful as artists. The show is extremely well organized and extremely profitable. What more could we ask? I have no suggestions for improvement because it is a record show every year. Not to mention we have a blast at the show.

During Hillary’s time at High West, she was responsible for the project management of assigned marketing events. These included the annual Repeal Day and Savor the Summit: Spirit Garden events, as well as events for the US Ski & Snowboard Association. Tasks included:

  • Designing floor plans and décor

  • Creating run-of-show documents

  • Coordinating with internal operations, production, and culinary teams

  • Vendor coordination

  • Budget management

  • Collaboration with the internal marketing teams, local and national, on branded elements

  • Liaising with local officials on permits, laws, and ordinances

  • Acting as the on-site point person

Hillary is one of the most talented event planners I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She was always an exceptional communicator and trusted mentor. I turned to Hillary for advice on any aspect of selling, coordinating or producing events. She truly shined when producing High West Promotional Events like the Savor the Summit Whiskey Garden or annual Repeal Day Party. More specifically, her application of creative event design through project management for large-scale and intimate events was flawless.
